The Cannondale cycling shorts with white stripe waist inset are much better compression than these and a stronger fabric. Otherwise these would have gotten 5 stars. All Cannondales have a sleeker, less diaper-like look. Wouldn't by any other brand . I wear a women's size 6 and size small in these are just right!Good biking shorts! My only issue is that they are a bit too tight on my thighs (which I'll admit are pretty large). But, other than that, love them.Very comfortable! I like the band around the leg. They are not constricting but the grippy fabric holds the shorts in place without digging into my legs. As usual, another good product by Cannondale.One of the seams was sewn inside out so is white instead of black. The shorts are also completely see through. Do not buy these.Padding was too thick and uncomfortableSimply awesome!Great fit, my wife is now sold on bicycle shorts.
