I bought these Plaide and Plain shorts because the Amazon Essentials in navy blue was not available in my size. The cotton khaki is heavier than Essentials but a nice weight. There is generous spandex in the waistband, which is welcome. The blue color is slightly brighter than traditional navy, but fine. The slim fit looks good if you have thin thighs as I do. My reservations have to do with the detail. The key pocket is fake. The back pockets have working buttons, but the holes are seamed with white thread. This is noticeable when the pockets are not buttoned. Small matters but the tailor could have done better.very comfortable wash up great no ironingI was hesitant about this unknown to me brand, but they feel, fit and look very good. I have ordered another pair.Fit really well. Just the right amount of stretch.The elastic wasteband make some look cheap but if you don’t mind that you wear your shirt untucked they are a good short for the priceThey fit true to size ! Igor a 31 but normally wear a 30 thinking they run small but will buy more in size 30 ! They fit just above the knees ! All in all there good shorts !I wear 32 Slim/Skinny pant, I order size 32 it fit me perfectly. This short is an European style, slim and long, If you wear baggy or relax fit then this short is too tight for you. The short build-in an elastic wait to make size 32 extended to 32 1/2. The material is Khaki, anyway, I will buy one more .These shorts are a great color and very comfortable. The only thing is, they are a little too big. I ordered a 38 waist, which is what I usually wear, but if I don't wear a belt the shorts fall down easily. They have a stretchy back so I'm wondering if I got a 36 waist if they would fit without having to wear a belt? I would recommend though.
